Bitumen in drum is 1$/Kg steel cost and each ton of bitumen 60/70 is near 60Kg steel weight and means 60$ is only cost of packing but jumbo bag is 10$ only and it is quite feasible to pack to save alot of cost.

The main differencies is gilsonite is natural product and has solubility in CS2 but carbon black is insoluble.
